Yes, Barley's 10 month birthday came and went. No meat cake, no hoopla, no measuring. We do know that she weighs 65 pounds, we're not sure how long or tall she is. She's still afraid of tape measures, plastic bags, aluminum foil, bicycles, hangers, shadows, the wind, cardboard boxes, treadmills, vacuums, etcetera.On a side note, we did get her some new toys tonight. A new monkey toy, Mr. Roper, because Mister Monkeypants is pretty torn up now. Also a new Nylabone, which despite being chicken flavored does not actually taste like chicken. Before you say "ewwwwww, you chewed on her Nylabone" I'd like to point out that it was brand new, never been chewed on. So yes, I tried her Nylabone....it did not thrill me like it does her.
But how does the chicken Nylabone compare with the other Nylabones you've had? I mean, maybe they're better. They sure smell good...
