She done well

This past weekend was quite the test for our Barley girl. TCs family visited and in doing so they passively tested her ability to keep her cool in stressful situations.

She's not used to all sorts of people being around (normally it's just me 'n TC), so having six new people here, two of them sleeping over, was challenging for her. She did really well though, actually better than I expected. She even placed on the back of a 11 year old girl. 

We also tested her ability to be separated from us. We constantly were coming and going every few hours for four days straight. Again, she coped well. 

Basically what I am saying is: she done well. Our little Barley girl is starting to mature and we are seeing the positive effects of months of training. That picture is of her after everyone left. She looks tired doesn't she?
